orders + shipping + returns

Please remember that all items are one of a kind and totally hand-sewn.  Imperfections are part of their beauty.  Please examine all photographs carefully.  Also note that the colors you view on your monitor screen (cell, laptop, desktop, etc.) may vary slightly from reality due to the calibration of the screen itself. In addition, all measurements refer to the earrings themselves and do not include the slight additional length added by the ear wires.


Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation.  Another email will be sent when your item is shipped, along with tracking information. Please make sure you enter the correct address as we cannot redirect an order once it has shipped.


Orders ship from New York within two to five days of your order (unless you are otherwise notified.)  We ship via UPS and USPS domestically.

International shipping uses DHL.  We advise adding insurance (relatively minimal) to international orders. To do this, please email us immediately after checking out so that it may be added to your shipping label and costs. Please note that international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, not included in the price of shipping.  These are the responsibility of the recipient.  If you do not accept the package you will be charged the price of return shipping.

We are not responsible for any package lost or damaged while in transit.  We reserve the right to refuse shipping of any order.


Appropriate sales taxes are automatically charged for all U.S. orders.

returns + refunds:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We want you to be jumping up and down and taking selfies like crazy. 

If for any reason you do decide to return your earrings, please return within 30 days of the shipping date to the address listed below.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will refund any sums you have paid to us minus the cost of shipping and a $5.00 fee to re-sew and replace the earring hooks. This is done for hygienic reasons to protect our customers (including you!)  Only items that are in their original, clean condition will be refunded.

For your protection, we suggest you use a carrier who provides tracking information such as USPS or UPS and DHL.  All returns must include original packaging.

Sorry but we do not accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or note cards.

Returns will be credited only to the original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our return policy.
